Terms and Conditions for RIA Lists

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RIA Lists (“Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

RIA Lists offers individual and team subscription plans that provide access to a comprehensive database of SEC-registered investment advisers (RIAs) and related financial data. Our service includes:

• Access to 25,000+ RIA firms and their contact information
• AI-powered search and analysis tools
• Auto-complete search functionality
• Data export capabilities
• Real-time updates and new features

3. Subscription and Payment

Individual annual: $499 per year, billed annually unless stated otherwise in checkout.

Team annual: $1499 per year for a single team workspace with up to 5 authorized users (invited by the billing owner), billed annually unless stated otherwise in checkout.

• You may cancel a subscription before renewal where Stripe allows
• Team seats and invitations must not be shared outside your organization except as permitted in these Terms
• We reserve the right to change pricing for new purchases with reasonable notice

4. Data Usage and Licensing

Permitted Use: You may use the data for:

• Business development and sales activities
• Market research and analysis
• Internal business purposes
• Creating reports and presentations for your organization

Restricted Use: You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or license the data to third parties
• Use the data for spam, unsolicited marketing, or harassment
• Scrape or systematically download large portions of the database
• Use the data for illegal purposes or in violation of SEC regulations

5. Data Accuracy and Sources

Our data is sourced from publicly available SEC filings and other regulatory sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all information. Users should verify critical information independently.

6. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or updates with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

RIA Lists shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
